Do you offer International Shipping? TOP
We do offer international shipping on select merchandise only. If it is available it will be stated in the description, and additional shipping costs will apply.

Why do you request a phone number? TOP

We request your phone number for Fed X, and UPS delivery. The phone number is helpful if they have any problem delivering your package.

The only other time that we would use your phone number is if we need to notify you of a problem with your order, such as a delay, or incomplete address, failure to specify a size or color, and we cannot reach you by email.

When can I expect my shipment? TOP

Most of our regular merchandise ships UPS ground, and normal delivery time takes ten to fourteen business days.

Our handcrafted items from The Romantic Victorian Home Collection are handmade at the time of sale, and normally take two to three weeks for construction, and approximately another five days for delivery.

Why Have I Only Received Part Of My order? TOP

We ship many items ourself, and also have several different suppliers who ship for us, therefore all of your merchandise may not arrive at the same time, or in the same shipment.

If this is the case with your order, you will be notified by email approximately when to expect shipments.
