Your Privacy is Important to us! We never share any information collected with any third party. Any information received from you is only used to process your order, or to send you tracking information about your shipment.
If you are interested in receiving emails or mailings providing information about any specials or sales, please sign up for our newsletters. This information will only be used for that purpose.
 
 Return Policy
 
Your Satisfaction is our number one goal! If you receive your merchandise and are not satisfied for any reason please contact us.
Any merchandise that arrives damaged will be promptly REPLACED asap. Please notify us immediately by email so we can begin the replacement process. We do reserve the right to request the damaged merchandise be returned back to us.
With any non-defective merchandise returns - such as if you simply changed your mind, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. You must notify us within seven days of receiving the product to receive a return authorization. These items must be returned in the original packaging they were received in. We recommend that you insure the package. Once we receive the returned merchandise you will receive a refund or store credit minus the 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable as this was a service provided by another. Thank You for understanding!

SHIPPING
All U.S. orders will be shipped via FedEx and insured.  Packages will require a signature upon receipt. All purchases from this collection are hand-made at the time of sale, therefore please allow two to three weeks for delivery.  All international orders will be shipped U.S.P.S. ground for the very best shipping rates. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are very happy to ship internationally. There is a minimum 50.00 order required for International delivery.  Due to recent rate increases we now ship international orders via Airmail Priority.  Please note that Airmail Priority
DOES NOT offer a tracking number.  In the event of a lost or damaged package we will of course provide any help we can as far as supplying paperwork etc.. to help facilitate your claim with your local postal service, however we will not provide refunds.


REFUNDS
It will always be our intent to satisfy our customers.  You are very important to us!  If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect you must notify us within 5 days upon receipt and return within 15 days upon receipt for a full refund of your purchase price or credit towards your next order.  The item must be in the original condition and packed in the original box with all of the included packing material to insure that it arrives undamaged, and shipped INSURED via the same carrier from which you received your package, i.e....FedEx or UPS.  If you receive an item or package damaged by the carrier you must notify us immediately upon receipt.  We do not refund for damage incurred during shipping, however we will contact the carrier and file a claim for you.  The carrier will then make the decision on whether or not to reimburse you for the damage.  If they do reimburse they will send payment to us and we will then send the payment to you.  You must keep the ORIGINAL BOX AND ALL PACKING MATERIALS.  The carrier will need to inspect the package before settling a claim.  If you wish to exchange an item we are happy to do so within the time frame and return shipping requirements above.     

REFUNDS CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on custom made items.  If the item is lost or damaged during shipping we will of course do whatever is neccessay to help facilitate your insurance claims.  Please remember that the insurance carrier makes the call on claims, we do not.
